
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup of Corn Syrup
*melt above 3 ingredients together in a double broiler (if you don’t have one just sit one pot on top of another with boiling water in the bottom one)
Remove pot from heat and add 2 Cups of Rice Krispies, stir
Add 1 Cup of chopped Peanuts, stir
Pat this mixture into a greased 9 x 9 pan, make sure the layer is even, use a spatula
Next, in a double boiler again, melt 6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate with 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, stir until blended
Spread chocolate mixture on top of Rice Krispie layer, evenly
Put into the fridge for at least one hour.
Slice into squares and see refrigerated.
